Newspapers in Brazil:
Similar to Australia or the United States, Brazil has State-based newspapers. The more prominent reads in the country are however the Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia and Sao Paulo papers. The newspapers are also available around the country though delivery is slow and papers are usually a day late depending on the distance between the cities. International newspapers are hard to come by and can only be found at some news agencies in Rio. Most papers in the country are published in the Portuguese language and many of these are now online allowing people with interest in the country to keep in touch with the latest news conveniently via the internet.
